マイケル・シェンカー・フェストのドラマー テッド・マッケンナが1月19日、68歳で亡くなった。

素晴らしいドラマーであり、最愛の友人でもあるテッド・マッケンナが、今朝亡くなったと聞き、大変心を痛めている。
突然テッドを失ったことは、とてつもないショックであり、大きな喪失感を覚えている。
彼は常に笑顔を絶やさない、本当に誠実な人間だった。最高のロック・ドラマーの1人であり、
彼は常にハートでプレイをし、そしてまた彼のハートこそが音楽だった。
テッド、安らかに眠れ。君がいなくなって寂しくなるよ。
We are totally heartbroken to hear that Ted McKenna, our amazing drummer and dearest friend, passing away this morning. Its a massive shock and a huge loss to lose Ted so suddenly.
He always had a smile on his face and was one of the most sincerely genuine people you could ever have the pleasure of meeting. One of the great rock drummers, he always played from the heart and his heart was music.
